Mr. Yehia Abdullah Alfoudri is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting earned in 1987. He holds a distinguished position as a member of the Kuwaiti Society of Accountants and Auditors, showcasing his commitment to maintaining high standards in the field. Mr. Alfoudri is recognized as a certified arbitrator, expert, and qualified liquidation agent by the Ministry of Justice in the State of Kuwait and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. His certification, numbered 83 – Category: 1 of 1995, reflects his proficiency in handling financial settlements and losses. Additionally, Mr. Alfoudri serves as a registered expert for financial matters and operates as a consultant in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. As a legal guardian at the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice, he brings a wealth of experience and credibility to his role.
